Although less common than the cotton dickey, the wool jersey was sometimes cut down to form a dickey with open tie-closure sides.

The Class II wool jersey worn by an MTB crewman as outer clothing. At action stations and closed up at his Oerlikon, anti-flash and steel helmet are worn.

A young Rating wearing No. 2 Dress with the Class II wool jersey and serge jumper for winter wear. Of interest is the HM DESTROYER cap ribbon worn on the blue cloth cap.

Class II wool jersey. The jersey was worn beneath the serge jumper, for winter wear. Against regulations it was often worn as outerwear or night clothing at sea.
